Young Consulting Group is a boutique small business consulting firm with a specialty in helping owners to grow their business. We are located in Weston, Florida and we have been servicing companies from Miami to West Palm Beach, Florida, since 2006. Most of our client engagements are done on site; however, we also provide remote access support. Our focus is work with companies from startup to 100 employees and with revenues up to $100 million in sales.
Our services include advice on starting a small business, writing marketing and business plans, financial analysis, operations analysis, management consulting, marketing consulting, website design and search engine optimization.
Members of our staff have degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, CPAs, Certified Bookkeepers, Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors, and MBAs. Some of our members speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
